I think the 2 week or "by end of year" notice is very situational. In some cases, it may be appreciated by the employer, maybe even help a transition. In other cases, not so much. Love him or hate him, I get what Force did, it was more important to finish the season on his terms, knowing who's with him or not, than to maybe hurt his championship chances. As far as who's worth more, spends more, is in trouble, etc., who cares? All these guys have my respect, they've each taken different paths to get where they are, and I think they're all amazing stories. What's most important, as far as big show drag racing goes, is that all these team owners are out there because they have huge passion for the sport, have made big sacrifices for the sport, and we need them all.
