And, every single bit of it will be tossed out in Appellate court..
According to you, for all of the crap Shirley has taken over the years, she should be as wealthy as Paul Allen.
I'm no legal expert, but the thinking isn't that deep, even for a below average intellect to immediately grasp.
So just for Haha's, if for some weird reason a race team wants to bring a suit vs. a "fan" who might not have enough recoverable net worth to buy a drum of nitro, there is a little thing called disclosure.
For now, let's forget about the tons of catastrophic negative press.
Said race team will have to produce all financial and employment record history leading up in order to first prove the statement was false, and second, to prove actual damages were caused by said perpetrator.. All, and I mean ALL financial records become open and fair game in order to prove race teams case to the court. Potentially damaging figures from sponsors, employee payments etc. may now be made public for all to examine, and to be printed. And since the suit was brought on by said race team, full weight of proving damages were tied to said perpetrator are on the said race team. It will never happen in a million years. In this case, one that is readily discussed on various forums, the odds of any court singling out a single perp for any damage is beyond astromonical.
Again, let that one go because it's downright hysterical and if I may say so, embarrassing.
Force, or any other racer on his level doesn't even read this crap, and as Paul said, if he has to worry about negative Internet chatter affecting his hiring process, his problems run deeper.
Force will most likely ink a nice sponsor package, or not, hire a new CC or not, and the world will keep on spinning.
This entire thread is a comical read.....
