When I read this earlier my first thought was that he got popped for another DUI and is serving some type of rehab to either fulfill court order or to help his case. I didn't want to start that but since it seems others are thinking it too......
If true, I can understand NHRA not wanting to make that public, now that it's creeping out though, it's better to come clean.

Regardless of what it is hope he gets the issue straightened out.

Not to hijack this thread, but wasn't he busted for that DUI in South Central LA, like in Compton or Inglewood, in the early hours of the morning? I thought I remember something like that.

What in the hell was he doing in that part of town, that early in the morning?

Man ... you guys are tough. My first thought was health related and I was hoping the man (or his family) was going to be OK. You guys have him going to rehab after killing someone in a DUI in South Central LA. Sheesh.
