Nitro tuner shake ups coming

Randy, please..
You are unfortunately demonstrating your lack of knowledge and experience, which is now obviously a deficiency to take into consideration here.
I am not be an attorney, therefore I claim not to be a legal expert. But... I have plenty of legal experience in the court room, and it doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure most of it out.

Having said that, this is not a legal issue, this is a common sense issue, which you might not be equipped to comprehend in the first place.
So, before you insert your "you know what" up "your know where" any further, why don't to ask an attorney to help you comprehend the basic facts of what is involved in bringing suit, and maybe he will help you remove it. I'm sure I'll hear that removal pop way over here in NY.

George:

I have given you two just examples out of many out there that turn your claim that "this is not a legal issue, this is a common sense issue" upside down and you refuse or discuss those cases because they go against your emotional beliefs. Instead you offer your layman's opinions and tell me "before insert your "you know what" up "your know where..." because you've been to court many times. And in your mind that somehow makes you a legal expert, I suppose. There's an old saying. "Just because you're in the garage, it does not make you a car."

If I tell you I've been to several emergency rooms and witnessed many open heart surgeries I suppose you'd take my advice next time you experience chest pains because "I have plenty of medical experience in the operating room, and it doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure most of it out". I'd likely tell you to go have a triple bacon sandwich and a chocolate shake and call me in the morning based on your rationalizations here.

I agree, it is a common sense issue. Use common sense and don't be guilty of libel by damaging a companies reputation with damning false information in your posts on the internet because you own what you say. Otherwise it can and will become a legal issue (and has by just two examples I posted). You have refuted that claim and the true examples I posted with NOTHING. Post away, George.

Enjoy your Sunday.

Wind, wind, wind..
C' mon... Just stop with the crap that everyone but you seems to get.
Please don't run for political office. Candidates regularly lie, embellish, fabricate and sully their opponents and their families in a no holds barred barrage of commercials based on nothing, and I don't think I have seen a lawsuit out of it yet....
Prove to us that money has changed hands from any suit you mentioned, which you can NOT because t hasn't, and won't happen. So don't bore us with this silliness.
Until then, common sense tells us that if everyone sues someone else based on written false information, liable, defamination etc. the courts would be jammed from now until infinity.

Randy, enjoy your Sunday as well.

I think they both stayed at Holiday Inn

Strengtheing your team and weakening your opponent with a single hire. Schumacher is smarter by a long shot.

Sadly, Force could have maintained complete control of the situation by simply keeping Prock under contract for the remainder of the year and sit him in the transporter or at home.
Now, he has lost control of the situation, and might be going up against his own tune up.
Not too savvy IMHO. He just got owned by Shu, and I'm sure Schumacher is probably smiling.

I'm sure not going to count JFR out just yet.

I agree with Eugene. Remember JFR still has Neff who might be the best tuner/crew chief in the funny car class. To count the old fox out would be in my opinion a foolhardy mistake. Besides who wins if a Prock tuned car races another DSR car, especially Hagen? Remember they "don't throw a race".

FLASHBACK

"I got 2 guys - Edge and Chris, that came over from Schumacher...Yeah - I had to explain to them this morning, they said man we thought all the screaming was done over there. No, we do it over here...we just don't do it with the team!":D

So are you saying the Army is going to leave NHRA? Could happen with the National Guard bailing on motorsports and they notified teams months ago that they weren't returning. The people who made the call to pull the plug for the National Guard are not the same as who makes the call for the Army, but Army said as of 2 weeks ago the NHRA program is their best recruiting tool for the $ spent.
