They're probably still filed. The criminal justice system tends to move at a snail's pace. Actually, the snail might be faster.

I don't think money will make these charges go away. Anyone notice that the car still ran at Pomona but without his name on the side? I guess he still owned everything at the time. The whole deal is a damn shame but sadly people have known about his behavior for quite some time. Money will buy him a good lawyer but that's about it.

Snows name was off the car way before Pomona, I didn`t see it on there at the Ennis National event. Gene probably won`t see a courtroom for a couple more months, but I don`t think it`ll matter much...$$ talks and unfortunately Snow will probably walk.
