He's only half way to a pro stock ride, you also need to be great at bringing money to the table. It's strange to me that this has been the history of motorsports since day 1 and everyone wants to pretend its brand new. Dave has picked a role where talent is all you have to bring to the table and seems very capable in the crew chief area.
