Who is going to Bristol?

Bristol was an awesome track! People shuttling you to and from your car...chair back seats, free parking, easy access to facility.

Everybody I have spoken to that has been to Bristol has nothing but Praise for the place! I realize TV can be deceiving, but Everytime I have seen a race at Bristol the crowds look really Poor! Bristol like Zmax are probably the best facilities in the Country, it's too bad Bruton Smith built them in markets that don't support Drag racing!

Joe - I know what you mean...on race day, 4 people sitting one row behind us left after Brittany lost in the first round.
The sun was pretty brutal and lot of people are in the pits and under the stands in the shade, so I really can't explain it.

Only 4 hrs from Z-Max and you've never been??? Shame on you. You need to take DAD to the "Balagio" of drag strips.

All kidding aside, he and you will enjoy it.
(ps) you may want to try the 4-wide, for something different.......just a thought.

We've been thinking on it. 4-wide does sound like something you must experience once.

I sure wished i could have been in Bristol...that was some awesome racing today. It's fun to see some good old pedaling and some different teams going rounds.

Oh man. It was intense all day long. During the 2nd round of pros, that track was 138. With at hot as it was, nobody could predict who would win.

From Friday all the way to Sunday, my section (H) was elbow to elbow. I barely had room to hold my camera up.

It was brutal Sunday indeed. We were there from when the gates opened until after the winner's circle. It took a half a bottle of sunscreen to keep from getting burned.
