He was pitted one trailer from us, was clearly not ready to be at a race yet. Durring his warm-up there were 2 foot flames from the pipes and running verry erratic, SCARRY!!
I have seen them at the warm up's the last 2 years and had never seen him atempet a run. I figured they were in trouble when it took 5 crew members and 20 minuets to pack each parachute. They even had the bags closed wrong. I have done it a few times and its not all that hard to do with 2 people. All this happened while the driver was standing about 5 feet away. When they started I was over by the t-shirt trailers and heard it and knew who it was. It sounded like it was running on 4 cylinders. I think it was a smart move on either their or NHRA's part to have them stay parked.
