I thought that JFR was the only team who could use a Ford body? Or is it that JFR is the only team that Ford will provide support for but you can have a body just with no $$$ or help. I dont see TPED leaving his own operation but who knows. Tasca maybe?

Albeit in a JFR car, Tony did win Ford a championship too. It would only seem natural that a company like Ford would want as big a presence as possible in a class where there are certainly more GM and Chrysler cars.

Interesting, I thought the Pedregon's were trying to get with Toyota. I can not wait to see how this one pans out. I am sure Indy will have a bunch of announcements that will put the rumors to bed.

I always thought it would be better to have a few cars be dominant (to show your car is dominant) than to have a lot that don't qualify or win...
