I believe she is the chairman of the Quarter Mile Foundation - Project 1320. She's been involved with motorsports (in one form or another) for the majority of her life... Her father was the founder of Mr. Gasket if I'm not mistaken.

Yup you are correct. Joe Hrudkas decals have been on a lot of cars over the years.
