team summit (1 Viewer)

when the winner's checks are larger than what it costs to be there, then
you mite see actual racing pre-C, otherwise why not test.

jason & greg took the burden of being the first full-time nhra GM pro stock
team to get away from the gxp & cobalt and are now back on par with the
other quick cars who have raced the same setup all year.
when you watch all the talent involved with team jegs still struggling
it makes me even more appreciate what team summit has and is doing with their camaros.

Inever what hapeened to Greg this wekeend.. was it a motor issue?... reason i ask.. i heard they hurt a motor testing before the race on Wensday...

Shane Gray ran a 6.45 today, so it looks like the air is even better today.

and the live TV battle of the parts stores goes to.....Summit.(semis)
nice job jason on the win.

i was startin' to wonder when the summit boys next win would happen especially with the number of 'elite' cars growing in pro stock.

nice job jason on sonoma win yesterday....time for a sweep of your own
culminating with brainerd win

Holy back from the dead Batman! A 2011 thread?
Anyway, not a big Summit cars fan (been racing "them Dodges" since the 70's) but I have to say they put on a great final yesterday!

forgot to resurrect this old thread yesterday.....congrats to jason on 4th winters PS title....
don't think too many others can lay claim to that. a gracious winner and loser.

Jason made a comment to that effect. What do you think he meant by "how people respond"?

Not much of a fanboy for anyone other than Shirley in the NHRA, but I have always admired Jason Line's class and wit. One of his quotes from last season hangs on the wall of my classroom. "If you keep doing what you're doing, you will keep getting what you get."
