Thanks for the kind words everyone! Mom is slowly improving, she can say single words now. But she still can't squeeze her right hand, so it looks like it will be another 3-4 weeks till we know for sure what to expect!

Hey Joe, I'm glad she's getting some of her speech back. It's one foot in front of the other for a while. Is she doing some sort of therapy?

Yes, she gets both Speech and walking therapy daily. Thanks for the concern Jenn!
