If he had gone a thousandth slower he would have had the record.

Heck... One percent of 4.646 is .04646 plus 4.646 is 4.69246.... that rounds up to 4.6925 which rounds up to 4.693

Damn shame what happened in the final, It happens to the best of them though. Even shutting off where he did he still would have won on a holeshot. I don't know what's more impressive, going a 4.64 or going 4.72 shutting off at the 1000 mark to only 276 mph
