Ther is no Fuel Cars running on friday. 2 sessions saturday 3pm and 7pm.

For some reason, I think that has been the case in Epping for several years.

Last year was the first time in quite awhile they ran the fuel cars on Friday. They did it because the weather for Saturday was looking pretty bad. No Fuel cars on Friday has been the norm for several years.

.....and some wonder why? I believe its a city noise ordinance.

Pete, I think it is done to make sure the bulk of the cars run Sat night when the big crowd is on hand. If memory serves me (and I am getting old) the last time they ran 3 sessions for the fuel cars there were only 5 fuelers who made a lap Sat night. By cutting down one session it makes the Sat night pass much more valuable to the fuel racers.
