Off season and a cold winter day. Started lurking in mater archives, lot's of interesting drag racing history that I lived through, it's like living it all over again. Always heard that old people live in the past.

Was Franklin ever here when we required real names? It’s been so long I don’t remember who was gone with the switch to real names. I remember a member that went by A Poole. Big Warren Johnson supporter.

Since I've only been here 6 years, using Martin's suggestion I went back in time looking for Franklin just for fun. Everyone's names are listed with their real names even all the way back to the oldest thread.

Way back at the start we used a nickname, but at some point we were required to change them to our actual name. We didn’t change accounts, just the name displayed. So that’s why they all show up with real names even back to the very early threads.
