I went to the Gator's 7 times from '02-10! But Airfares got ridiculous, $250-350 used to be the Norm. I quit looking anymore but last time I checked $500 and up seemed to the norm, to pricey anymore...

Airfare blows right now and from what I've read, it's not going to get any better.

Hi Lynn, It has been a few years since we staged a "Mater Meeting" at the Gators and wondered if you might "head one up" this year on Saturday if possible? The usual place, The Nitro Mall, say around 10:00am or whenever there might be a little downtime (??) before the Pro's come into the staging lanes. The pic I uploaded on this post is from our "Mater Meeting" in 2009. This may be the last time Joe "KingNitro" Sherwood was at the Gatornationals.

No way I can meet you guys on Saturday or Sunday. The run order is not kind to the alcohol cars this weekend. I'll leave it at that.

Airfare blows right now and from what I've read, it's not going to get any better.

I paid $312 round trip from LA to NY back in Feb. If I didn't overthink it, I would have had the same flight for $290. I guess it depends when you book. I wanted to go to Houston back in December and the cheapest I could find was over $300 one way!! That's when I had to just say no.
