I'm making a living wage (considering my personal overhead) when I clear $154 a day. Roger is going to clear $154,000 a day (less his agent's commission, I'd assume), 7 days a week! While I can't do what he does, I think I could do what his agent does. ....perhaps I should have considered sports marketing/management as a career when I was in college!

4.5 million a month? Holy houndstooth!, what does it cost to attend a MLB game?

Ah, our company tickets are $48 per seat X (4) in the field level + $10 for a parking pass less than 1/16 of a mile from the park. Some parking lots ar $20 a few blocks away. There are 86 home games this season. Do the math. Our tickets are barely up the 3rd base line....right at the edge of the backstop net and 21 rows off the field. Very sweet!

Food and beer are about comparable to other stadiums at Minute Maid Park. $6+ for beer, $6+ for nachos, $3+ for frozen minute maid......eh, we still drop a fair chunk even with free seats and parking.

Oh, I am in charge of our Astros tickets. Kinda like a wolf in charge of the hen house. My fee for the extra job duty is one or two games a month. For someone who bleeds brick red (used to be rainbow) that's a sweet gig!

fwiw....I didn't manage to catch one of Roger's starts while he was playing for his home team (Debbie and the kids are still here, not to mention Colby playing in our Minors.....be kind local fans! It's not their fault!). I'm not losing any sleep over not seeing the 'legend'. Now, never seeing a Nolan Ryan start would have been a travesty!
