Yep, or maybe. Depends on whose program those numbers relate to or if the numbers relate to anything at all. Might just be a smokescreen.

The actual racing on that show, while very real, was either done on a street blocked off by police or at an airport. I've seen some of those guys at our local track over the years. Some of that crew were the ones that went out to AZ and won The Woolly Mammoth on Pinks.

In reality these guys actually do what they say they do but I will neither
confirm nor deny how I may or may not know that.
