Just for hell of it who does the scheduling. Would it not be more economical to push Gainesville back and go to Vegas after Phoenix. Just saying that we on thee left coast could more of a nitro fix before having be starved for next 5 to 7 months.

Economical for the teams interms of travel, yes. For the NHRA-as a whole, probably not. You would not draw as many fans to each of the races by putting three races in a row that are with in a 5 hr or so drive so close together. In the end that would hurt the teams too, the sponsors would see that there were not as many butts in the seats. By spreading it out people can afford to go to more races.
