Force not being at PBIR will definitely hurt attendance.

I'd go to testing if they ever had it at RPR in Baytown, which would understandably never happen
Has anyone heard anything up there yet ?

One of the things I remember most about all of the test sessions at LVMS have nothing to do with racing at all. It was the $100 bills clearcoated on the hood of Mike Knowles '63 Corvette Pro Mod. I happened to pass by his pit coincidentally in the Oct 2013 fall event at LVMS and discovered he did it again to a '67 Mustang Pro Mod with a mob theme. Guy has a collection of beautiful cars.
It used to be the Bud warmup, in Bakersfield before all those others.
I saw Dixon crash Snakes Miller car on its first pass there.
Yeah, the Bakersfield warm-up was great! Used to drive over from Ventura when I lived there and there were a ton of fuel cars testing. I remember in `96 spending almost the whole day Saturday in Blaine Johnsons pit, and them telling us they were going win the Winternationals the next weekend (they won the`95 Finals). Sure enough he beat Connie in the final. Surreal to think back on that now.@Troy, I remember back in the early 90s they'd have close to 40 nitro cars testing. Hell even all the leakers used to test!
Just read that Dave Connolly ran a 3.769 at 318.92..........nice for only having a few runs under his belt ever!!
