Is there a place on line where you can read the NHRA rule book instead of having to buy one. I just have questions from time to time about certain classes. Thanks in advance for your help.

Just grab the 2017 pdf version that is free online and look at the 2018 revisions, which is also free online. Combined, you will have a 2018 rule book.
