I believe that was either 2003 or 2004, and he went to the finals before losing to Gary Densham.

are you serious? That was a brutal, hard hitting interview there on JFR.com. Hight "hey DD, get someone on the horn who wants to interview me!!!" silence covers the land... .. "Fine!! I'm the pres of JFR, I'll interview myself.. brb".. someone call 60 minutes!!

In some actual JFR news, it sounds like they will be promoting from within to fill the crew chief job on John's car. Also JFR hired 2 new assistant crew chiefs, Ronnie Thompson from AJR who will work on Brittany's car and Nick Casertano from Wilkerson's team who will be on one of the FC teams.

John should leave the AAA and Traxxas teams as is and not change anything. Those teams are fully sponsored and you don't bite the hand that feeds you. If anything, take Guido as a crew chief. He did well with Ashley's car. Todd Smith is more than capable of running Brit's car.
