Major JFR announcement at PRI show Friday, December 12th.

According to several sources Robert is having some personal problems. Not sure if the rumors are true or not. If they are all bets are off and anything is possible.

And besides Yellow Bullet, what other sources are you talking about? Like Yellow Bullet is a reliable source!

And for the record, that's the only other place that I've seen this mentioned.

It starts getting good around the 1:30 mark. Who knows if it's true, but it is all over the place. Where's there's smoke there's usually fire.

Not according to Robert.

Hey Mike, hows the solar business doing? My electric bills this last Summer were through the roof, and the water bills were killer. Welcome to SoCal, huh.

By the way, I did an appraisal on a house in the 2100 block of Walnut in La Verne last week. On the appraisal I noted the house was approximately 350 feet from the starting line at Auto Club Raceway at the Fairplex. Normally it would be considered a negative but not for the guy that owns it. He loves drag racing and it's a twice a year sound fest for him.

(Feeble attempt to change the subject).

.

Hi Randy, business is pretty good right now. Number of racers including Robert are installing solar through me right now. Water bills, havent figured out away around that one yet other than a well and thats pretty pricey... Glad to hear you are getting some appraisals these days.

(Oh, good job in the attempt)

My neighbor installed some over the summer and was pleasantly surprised with the results. His are smaller (roughly two by six ) but they work great. He recently purchased a inverter to power his outside shop lights using two golf cart batteries and is using the panels to assist in keeping them charged..

Hell, my dad heard about it on his flight home from Pomona.

Does it really matter?
All of these upside down bathtubs are almost identical, except for the paint anyway.
Show someone on the street (you know, the people who you are trying to attract) any of the current body styles in primer, and ask them to point out which make it is..o_O
It may as well be a Jeep Wrangler. They'll still shape it the same way as the rest of the FC bodies, with different headlight and taillight paint.

Man, I would LOVE to see something different. Something more real, like a Vette that looks like a Vette, or a Camaro body that looks like a Camaro.

We can all Thank Kenny Bernstein and NHRA for allowing such sweeping body changes in the 80's! He came out with bodies with all these wind tunnel curves on them, and NHRA buckled as to not upset his Budweiser sponsorship!

Back when Kenny Moores was still alive he told me a story about how the Bernstein Buick "Batmobile" came about. He said they decided on the body they wanted to build after doing the wind tunnel testing and figured NHRA would not allow such an outrageous looking body. So they upped the deck, brought the sides of it all the way forward to the side windows, and did a bunch of other things to make it look like a caricature of what they really wanted (definition of caricature: a picture, description, or imitation of a thing in which certain striking characteristics are exaggerated in order to create a comic or grotesque effect). NHRA said "No way!" Dale said "What if we pull the deck back to here, move this there, make this smaller, etc.?" NHRA said, "Okay." And they got exactly what they wanted.

I remember seeing that some collector has one of those BatMobile bodies Kenny Drove from 1987! Not sure if he is trying to restore it or sell it!

I remember that body. It sure was a stretch to call it a LeSabre..
Kenny and Dale (RIP), were nothing short of cutting edge at the time. Their engines even sounded different. Too bad they didn't get the MeGee refined, that would have been lights out...
Anyway, I think Kenny made amends with the Reatta. That car had a much more acceptable automotive look to it.
I really think the NHRA should revisit body template rules again. Just the clear identification of each brand would be so refreshing to see.

No Doubt another Super Mustang to add to Shelby , Roush , Saleen . What will it be called ?
Wait Rahall Mustang ?

wasn't he supposed to have a big announcement at the last show that never happened?
