Its a good idea. Look at how many of us went to the site to see it that don't normally go to the site. Beyond tickets bought it also created hits which is stats they can show to potential sponsors.

Hopefully they do more with other drivers, maybe add funny/goofy ones.

I agree with PJ that they should use other drivers too.
Realistically, when a common fan thinks of drag racing, who do they think of? Force has that tv personality that many tune in for.

Yeah, just what we need PJ... We log on right before bed, and there is Gary Scelzi in his Nun costume holding a beer and trick or treat bucket walking on to the screen.

and that would be hilarious. More people would traffic the site, which is one statistical means to show sponsors growth. Plus think of all the pople that couldn't sleep then with visions of Sclezi in their heads. They would stay up eating, meaning the would have to buy more food thus pumping money into the economy. Of course the nightmares could lead to the need to visit a dr, either that or the weight gain from the midnight binges. Either way it boost that segment of the economy. See i should have voted for Scelzi in the election he and nhra can save the economy....wow these meds must be strong..I shouldn't type while on them

All I know is one minute I am listening to the Stones on streaming audio at the office at a moderate volume, next thing I know Force is yelling at me.

Almost lost a keyboard on that....give a guy some warning before a 3" John Force starts winding up on ya.

I keep having to tell myself... I am not the target audience... I don't text on a Phone... it's a flipping phone, talk to me.... when watching TV, I go do other things during commercials...

Having the sponsor's name on the car is enough for me, when looking for that type of product, I do remember.
