I think our administrator Shannon did a fine job with our new and improved website.
But now we have the necessary annoying ads unless we pay money?!
I switched to a browser that blocked the ads. Then I started feeling guilty when I realized I'm spending $465 a year for Nhra.tv, Youtube, Netflix and Patreon.
But I've been here on the only dedicated drag racing site that I know of for over six years for free!

I am now subscribed to NitroMater for $100. If you don't know that's forever, not just for one year! You can also just pay $10 every year, but if you live more then 10 years you got screwed! Just kidding Shannon.

It is not about the ads or the money, it's about supporting this great community of like minded individuals.

I completely understand the mixed feelings about ads. Trust me, if I could run Nitromater completely ad-free without worrying about the costs, I would do it in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, keeping a community like this running — servers, software, development, upgrades, and everything behind the scenes — adds up quickly. The goal has always been to find a balance that keeps the site alive while still giving everyone access to the community we’ve all built together.
