I will watch if at home, but it is not something I plan around. My dad tapes the race incase he falls asleep while watching it. Now that is excitement.

i'll watch the road courses and some of the unique tracks like richmond and darlington, but won't watch too much else of it since winston left. IRL actually aint that bad to watch, the cars just break too easily

yea, me too.................although I am not familiar with the etc sanctioning body and form of racing :)

I don't follow it too closely but if it's on and I'm around the TV then I'll tune in and watch.

I hate it, no horsepower, slow speeds, carburators, gasoline, and they spend hours driving in formation around and around trying to find the finish line.

I like going to the short track races..lots of fun to watch.. TV is ok ..big track are real boring..

Got lucky and was invited to Kansas. Really nice tickets and my friend hooked me up with the racing radios to listen to the teams. Start finish line seating about half way up, just perfect. I watched about 1 hour of it before I got completely bored out of my mind. I must be ADD or something, just did not excite me at all. Probably could have taken a nap, but I did not want to seem disrespectful for the invite.

The only thing that would keep me interested in watching NASCAR is for them to put me in the car LOL! :D

I've watched it pretty closely for about 15 years now. I've attended races at 12 different venues and had a great time at each place. My interest has taken a severe hit within the last year because of their Car of Tomorrow and the general malaise I feel in seeing the same usual suspects running at the front week in and week out. The bottom line though, for me, drag racing will always be my first love.

slow speeds? 207mph into the turn at atlanta? ok. i dig pretty much all racing nhra,irl,arca,nascar,ihra.... not into trucks/nhra bikes/f-1. lol i was cracking up last night waiting for nhra quals on espn2...guys play college volleyball?? r u kifdding me? lololol that just looked wrong!!

I would think most Mater's enjoy all motorsports. I just got home from Slinger Speedway (World's fastest 1/4 mile oval)(Home of Matt Kenseth, Robbie Reiser, Alan Kluwicki and more) they put on an excellent show.

Why I don't....Cookie cutter cars, spec motors, aero bodies with big wings. Oops, I think I described Funny Car. Oh well, there's still Pro Mod (the ugly step child):D
