The most hilarious, head-scratching line in that article is saying the change is to "increase parity." They want to increase parity in a class that is, for all intents and purposes, exclusively GM powered? Tell me how that makes sense.

I actually welcome the change. Now the cars will look more like a car with a scoop instead of cars with a "flat" hood that bulges up half the height of the windshield.
