It was suppose to be finished in 2014. They have cancelled the IHRA Nitro Jam event in September the last 2 seasons. People going by have stated there is never work going on and the assumption is they ran out of funds but the owners have been pretty quiet about it. Hopefully it is finished next season. You can go to the site and see there was a lot of work done early on but less and less the last year or so.
