We have had an issue with the Cloudflare caching system and right now, our IT department is working on an alternative to get us away from that program. Works fine on a normal traffic flow day but when we have tremendous increased moments, it stumbles and fails. Trust me, no one is more frustrated than me after putting lots of money into making the site work better on computers and devices.

I work with computers for a living, so I understand your frustration. It bothers me when things that should just work don't. But no worries on my end, I'll read your site when the issues get resolved. I just wanted to bring it your attention, which I gather from your post you were already aware of.
