What happened to the car in the lights? Blow the motor? Good thing she had the hole shot. (No I didn't see the race on TV, just Drag Race Central)

I didn't see anything out of the ordinary with her car in the lights. not saying something didn't happen but.......

something happened to shut it off as it only ran 196 mph. On the replay there was no smoke so probably lost spark. You could definitely see when it quit. 25 ft sooner and she loses

"My engine let go, which is why it only ran 196mph", according to Enders. That's all she said about it during the track-end interview. I knew something was up...she was really pulling on Anderson and not just because of the better light. Then right before the stripe she fell back and for a moment I thought Anderson might catch her. Good on Anderson, too, who gave a humble and respectful interview afterward.

She's known for "I drove that b#tch back," to her pit after the winner's circle. Don't forget to turn the sound on. Pretty cool.

Scott Geoffrion would drive his Mopar Pro Stocker to get a hot dog at the concession stand....

lol

i read that WJ called Erica, after her win, which kinda answers my curiosity, on whether he is, at all, the least bit bitter about his all time win record being eclipsed last year. I've never recalled Johnson congratulating any other racer ever! :)

Yes absolutely he did. He thanked her over and over for keeping GA from getting that 100th win. He says he slept much better. Geeez, give me a freaking break.
On top of that her car quit 50" before the line and she beats him half a car. That's got her living in his head rent free.

I'm pretty sure in her media center interview she said it was Arlene that called her. WJ was probably busy in the shop making chips.

perhaps erica is living rent free inside Andersons head, but that pales in comparison the '25 room mansion' in which greg resides in your head. after all these years, it seems like you still sit around all day and night waiting for this man to fail !! :)

LOL,really? I will admit I love it when he gets spanked and that's pretty often. Why do you think I post this stuff? GA reads this and I like to help motivate him. Does WJ live rent free in your head? sure seems like it because when I decide to have some fun you're the first to respond. with a back handed swipe @ him?

oh come now Mike, u and i are probably the only 2 people on this planet that even care about this rivalry and the only time i respond, is, that, whenever Anderson Fails, You pop up and mock him about it. I rarely even watch or record the races anymore and if u didn't bring it up, i surely wouldn't have!

Yep,the rivalries are what makes it fun for sure. I don't really post that much anymore but just pick and choose when to. Till next time....................

Hey guys, Anderson will get that 100th win sooner or later, like it or not. And I hope it comes with a win over Enders. The coolest place for it to happen would be the U.S. Nationals

I've stated on here before, I was never a GA fan before I met him walking down an aisle at Autorama one year. He stopped and talked to us like he'd known us forever. My previous opinion of him had been solely based on what I saw on tv. He was very cool in person and even though he was there as a representative, he was in no hurry to brush us off and be on his way.

From what it appears on tv these days, it would seem the fans want to keep this GA vs Erika rivalry going more than they do. They seem to be very cordial to each other nowadays. Whoever wins. Of course they have a rivalry and want to beat each other, but it doesn't seem personal or malicious. That's the way I see it anyway.

brainerd OR indy for greg's 100th would be cool......so would seattle or topeka. sooner than later.
