Steven, about a month or so ago I had the same problem for 3 days and I did everything I could to try and fix it and then finally on the 3rd day it worked. They couldnt give me an answer why so I dont know. try and send yahoo an email or contact them.
Does it have do that to all secure pages, or just that one? If so download a 3rd party browser like Firefox or Opera and see if it does it there.
If that doesn't work it's a website issue. OTOH, if the 3rd party browser cannot access the web at all it's your antivirus program, uninstall and reinstall it.
