Which class would you race?

If I hit the Powerball, I would buy a private jet and fly to all the races. I would be an associate sponsor on a car and just hang out in the hospitality area and watch a lot of racing. Much less pressure.

I would fund up my boys, Williams Bros. in their TAFC. They are dangerous at a regional level right now, but I think with some more parts, pieces and laps they would be a force to be reckoned with on the national level. I would put Kirk Williams next to anyone as a driver, they just need funds to make more laps on the national event side of things and within a year I think they could be Top 3.

Sorry, I thought you ment what class"WE" would like to drive.

To own you ask?.... TOP FUEL 4 sure. and with money no problem....I would have a 2 car P/S team with EE & Dave Connolly as drivers. He is FAR too talented to not be in the driver seat full time.

Top Fuel. I drive and tune my own car, it would be black and just say Larry jr. on the side, no other decals or names other than crew.

Jr. did Don and Mousie have the new Winged Express cacklefest car out, Or are they saving it for the reunion?

If I'm driving Nostalgia Pro Comp with an altered. If I'm tuning N/TF.

Id have to have me an a/fuel dragster though.. Or a jet car for fun when i got the itch to go fast.

No the 1968 Winged Express isn't ready yet ,Hope to have it done for the CHRR, in two weeks, Mike Boyd has been bringing the Wing out for display only.

We will have the Top Fuel car at the CHRR, and will be firing it.

I'd upgrade my photography equipment and become Mark Rebilas V2.0. :D

Having raced since the 60's in T/F, Top Gas, Junior Fuel & Super Comp I think I agree with buying my own private jet, a tower suite at each NHRA race, sponsor a T/F car and fly with my friends to all the races. Have fun in the pits with the car and party with friends in the tower suite and when the race is over fly home - AND REST.

Nothing too expensive like TF or FC. I wouldn't want to see all my winnings going up in tire smoke!

Probably two stockers, one would be a COPO the other a Challenger drag pak. The Challenger would be mine, the COPO my dad's.

Also, I would probably have a chassis builder make two '70 Chevelle SS cars for bracket racing / super pro / etc with that new Shafiroff Racing 582CID hydraulic roller cam engine. One in Fathom Blue the other one in Dark Cherry. I would have the blue one. :)

A fuel dragster. With someone else driving.

Although, I'd have to go to Hawleys and try it out and see if I could do it.

Hawleys is awsome, did it on 2007 with Jack Beckman as My instuctor.

I recomend it to anyone who thinks they want do drive.

For Me I was re-upping with out my own car, I leanred a bunch in the class room from Jack, which has made Me a better driver, and to some extent a better tuner.

I have 2 things I need to do before I die, first to go over 300 in a top fuel car, and second to get in the record book at Bonneville anything over 200 mph .

I'm willing to bet that 90% of all Sportsman racers would jump at the chance to go Pro racing if given the chance!
