You could give 1 crew chief 5 cars that are exactly the same and they still probably won't perform the same. Every chassis has its own characteristics.

go the opposite way Gene...give 5 tuners the exact same car, crew, clutch setup, etc and wipe the tune-up after each is done and you'll have 5 separate results
