Man I wish I could be at the Vegas Lucas event. I think for a true gearhead, that would be a great deal. Huge TAD & TAFC fields, Comp cars like Kaplan's altered, T/D & T/S cars,fuel bikes etc...

That D-7 race has always been a great race with HUGE turnouts, and people from every division. When you win this race, you really EARN IT!!!

Sad thing is that they only take 8 car field in TAD/TAFC, there is always some AMAZING teams who don't make the show.

No kidding, the DNQ list in TAD looks like a who's-who.

I stayed in Vegas all week after attending the Nationals last weekend. I headed back out to the track on Friday for the D7 event. Wow, the number of cars in the staging lanes would rival Indy for the US Nationals. By the time the alky cars ran, it was about 5:15 so it was under the lights. I was amazed that the bump spot for TAD was a 5.43 after the first session. Some good racing goin' on!

Some of the divisionals in D7 need to have 16 car alky fields again, the cars are there.
