just thinking about J. Force and how he now has a couple of cars lingering around the top 10. Should he meet up against one of his cars, in the next few races, what's he gonna do? A few years ago there was a big stink about Force laying down for his other cars and I'm wondering, maybe he could care less what the media or the fans do or say, the more important thing is to get all of his cars into the countdown. Of course this time he has a different sponsor, who may not appreciated the car they are funding, laying down for a another sponsored car albeit a teammate.

If Robert or Courtney's sponsorship hinges on whether they make the countdown or not than I would discuss it with my current sponsor and if they aren't that concerned about a race or two than I would lay down for the other cars in the best tactful way my crew chief can fix it and avoid distributing baloney to the press and fans, when questioned about it. Otherwise I would race straight up

Hight in the 10th spot tied with Alexis at 819 ... Courtney 4 rounds (73 points) back in 11th with 2 races to go. Alexis better win a few rounds or she could easily be on the outside looking in.
No other cars have a chance of getting in or dropping out. Let's be honest, everybody from Wilkerson up is safe and everyone after Courtney is eliminated. So, as I see it, 2 of these 3 (Hight, DeJoria, Courtney) will be in the chase. But not all 3.

That being said, it is absolutely crazy to me that Graham Rahal has won 2 races this year and Courtney has won 0. I would have bet any amount of money that Courtney would win more than Graham.

Not that I am Force fan (no sh#%) but I can't entertain the what-if scenarios, or the 2009 US Nationals until I look at my VHS stock on how many Finals Tony Pedregon had to lay down for John Force. Then I have to knock off that incredible total of National Event wins beside The Champs name. Or......Or...Or I could show my experience and realize it's "The Man's" business of racing cars and he can do whatever he chooses. In my mind it's up to the competition to put the Force armada on the trailer as quick as possible. Otherwise pay the penality of how the ladder sets up.
