They're back...

Has anyone watched Neil Peart: No One's Disciple? It was a nice documentary on him, and watching his drummer friends rip through his drum parts was cool. Danny Carey got the hard ones. And then Anika towards the end being excited she got the part.
Anika is pretty low key, but the excitement she expressed in the documentary is completely heartfelt. She has put in the work to honor The Professor, and even when she was sick (and she was REALLY not healthy), the amount of effort that she gives to making the performance top-notch is nothing short of extraordinary. It's a pleasure to follow her every night.

Martin, how long does it take to set up an arena for a concert once the trucks roll in? What about time for tear down after the last concert in a building?

For lighting, do you have to wait a while before you can begin to put everything in place? Just curious how the process works.

I have and other related videos.
Not just good, but GREAT stuff - isn't it??
I think I mentioned earlier in this thread that Danny is an alien.
He's probably one of the few that can approach The Professor's "non syncopation I think I missed a heartbeat there" style and grace that gives lesser drummers the heebee jeebees.

The reason Danny was asked to hammer out the hardest tunes IMO is because Al & Ged know what he's made of.
I love Stuart Copeland and Chad is incredible but the odd time sigs are beyond their reach.
