The Broken Rearend Issue (10 Viewers)

So Alan, ya think a sidewinder with chain drive can go 340? Just need to come up with a "chain blanket". heh

Considering that when Big brought that car out they had less than 1/3 of the horsepower they have now, (and was breaking parts then) I doubt it would get to the tree.

I would be happy to watch a video, but again, I don't want to be within ten miles of the place.

Can you imagine the look on the faces of Nhra officials when you tried to go through tech!

went back and watched rob wedland's 'rear end' video where he has a ring and pinion magnufluxed with some sort of
iron dyed penetrant. quite revealing to say the least, even after watching it again ....... and it hasn't even been determined
if the rwr failures were the gears. it's a wonder these cars can make a clean pass.

The only flaws in the documentary's are, they need to pronounce the last names right.
I saw them at Seattle 3 or 4 times in the 70s

Entertaining video, low budget but fun. Linda Vaughn and probably a bunch of other famous people not identified. Not much editing the photos didn't always match the narration. Chuckled when they showed a photo of a front engine dragster and the 50th annual Winternationals, the dates were Feb. 11-14 2010!
