As a life long Bengals fan, I felt dirrrty rooting for the Steelers ... and I am sure it was some type of Karma boomerang that allowed the Steelers to win but NOT COVER to punish my treachery ...

As for the conspiracy theorists ... the refs were huddled making sure that Holmes got both feet in (ultimately getting the call right) that none of the refs saw his celebratory shenanigans. As for the call at the end of the game ... that call comes from up top since it was the last 2 minutes ... the refs on the field have nothing to do with that.

Those NFL defensive ends are way faster than you think. I'd be willing to bet his 40 yard dash time is under 5 seconds and that is blazing fast for a man of his size.

He also got a nice head start, a couple good blocks and gave a tremendous effort.

I have no doubt that he's fast for a guy his size, T. I'm just saying he was pinned against the sideline the entire length of the field and if I were a Cards fan I would have a hard time swallowing the fact that someone couldn't have at least pushed him a foot and got him out-of-bounds within 100-yards.

True testament to Fitzgerald's speed/effort, though. He almost got him despite the head-start he had and having to run around almost everyone on the field.

This ain't about location, brother. You gotta' keep in mind we haven't always had the Colts around here. I already had a good start on my Steel Curtain collection long before the Colts came to town.

i love reading the posts of jealous fans whose own team probably sucks too bad to ever reach a super bowl, let alone win 6. the officials called a fair game. get over it, haters.

How true Jason!!! I've been dealing with this sorta horse crud for 3 years now and it hasn't gotten any better with time and another Super Steelers win!!!

I feel your pain Chris as I've had to root for The Ravens a few times and it is not natural!!!
