Straight from Topeka. At a drivers meeting in Topeka, NHRA/California told all DDs to let drivers/owners know that Comp is here to stay

Which then begs the question, where in the NHRA is it staying?

IMHO NHRA will eventually move to the show format. All fast cars at the National events. TS, TD, PM, alcohol funny etc. Anything fast. The others will go to more Sports Nationals. Nothing factual to base this on.
