Pro 5.0?

Could someone give me a quick lesson in what the Pro 5.0 class entails?

Pro 5.0 in Fun Ford weekend is like an all Ford pro mod style class. We have limits controlling poweradders (no roots blowers/alky), cubic inch, weight, etc.

Here's a link to the rulebook for Fun Ford Weekend's Pro 5.0 class.

NMRA has a Pro 5.0 class as well, but they place even more limitations.

I guess I don't understand the "5.0" thing. I was thinking it was for 5.0 ltr Ford motors. But I see you can go up to 840 CI

It used to be, but has evolved to basically anything with a Ford in it...
