I'll be getting to the track around 11:00 on Thursday, and will be there all four days. I'm sure all the regulars will be there, still waiting for the other Mike Cornelius to show up though.

Saturday after the the track am watching UFC at "scoreboards" sports bar in Pomona.

Pomona's weather as well as most of Southern California, is going to be HOT this weekend. Usually this time of year we Southern Californians get some chilly weather, but not this year!

This should make the funny car fight very interesting. No cool weather to make the runs "easy". Everyone's going to have to work VERY hard for this title!

Friday evening immediately after the Alky cars qualifying session. They follow the Pro Session. I'll be there with my grandson Marcus.

Yeah, I can't go a hole year without a fix. I got screwed out of brainerd this year and didn't go to Chi-town becasue of gas prices, so I'm burning some FF miles and heading to Pomona.

When do you want to get that Beer?

Don't blame me. That's where it's always been and that's when we've always held it on Friday nights. There are sportsman cars running after the Alky session and I'm sure some will want to catch that so I only made the suggestion that we meet when and where we always used to. I'm leaving in an hour or so but I'll take a laptop to check in should it be rescheduled.
