Carson City, Nevada is looking better and better after having a long visit in the area 2 weeks ago. They love the thought of having employed citizens making a good living with benefits without the federal government having to "help"
It would also save 2 to 3 hours a day weighing and measuring everything we even think of doing.
BTW, thanks to Bill Miller Engineering for shedding some crystal clear light on the subject of moving from SoCal to Nevada.

Jerry at Paint N place went around and around with the SCAQMD about VOC count all the time, that lightened upped a bunch when he went to water based paint. He used it on Del's Cars and it blew people away.One of the best lookin cars out there at the time. It is lighter, and easier to work with than petroluem based products. Later Del also went to flat looking wraps . As Chuck said, wraps are easier to fix after a blow up. TA/FC and NF/C are better looking these days Those guys still take pride in the looks of there Hot Rods!

If you have a business and you want to stay in Calif, you need to check out Kern County. This has to be the best business climate in the state. We built our new building out here, and the county building dept. bent over backwards for us. This county wants jobs and they make no bones about it.

There is a grass roots effort just now forming to turn the entire area in front of Willow Springs Raceway into a "gasoline Alley' This is very affordable and a perfect place for anyone in the racing parts business.

All of those companies in the racing business that are stuck in high rent LA and orange county, need to make a clean break and come up here and check this out. You can afford to buy property and build your own place up here like we did.

You will be hearing more about this in the future.
