Might be short on both ends.Half a million and 3 years time..............just hope they do not find any endangered birds or frogs
Same with all the tracks the NHRA owns or have owned.Once again, I'll repeat, Columbus is a dump. No way could it ever compare to Norwalk. Our season tickets are halfway up in the grand stands at Norwalk and we can see ALL THE WAY down the track. We could never see squat at Columbus.

I said "or have owned". I know it was sold. Own a dump or sell a dump, they are all still dumps.NHRA no longer owns Columbus...
Great looking car Justin! What's the story on it?
Justin, do you mind if I ask you a question? If you could run the nostalgia dragster with top alcohol tires & a wing, how quick could it go? Was thinking that even with a 6:71 blower, that 5.30's and close to 280 would be possible. Just curious.
Thanks for the info Justin. I know that Bartone ran 274 in a test in Florida a few years ago & I think he ran 270 at Bakersfield. That got me to thinking that T/AD with a blower can run 5.17 and 277. So if Bartone could run 274 on 12" tires, what could he run with "big" tires? Guessing that HP is similiar between T/AD & Nostalgia T/F. Just thinking that if Nostalgia T/F could run "unlimited" that even w/ 6:71 blower, you could see 5.20 - 280 +--. The technology has improved soooo much over the years that even a little blower car can run fast. There are a couple of Nostalgia A/F cars that run blown on alky, 6:71 blower, & they have been around 6.19 at 226. I was told that this combo has ability to run 5.90's on alky. Wow......
