According to a crew member at DSR, there is enough nitro at their shop to supply all the fuel cars in NHRA for the rest of the season. Guess the ball is in NHRA's court now. Should be interesting what they do with it!

The interesting thing about this is the tone of the IHRA person's response. No panic, no whining and moaning, no blaming the other guy, no pleading emails that contain "you da man", none of that. Simply business.

"We saw a problem coming, we did the smart thing and bought up what we knew we'd need, end of story." How refreshing...

I must need more caffeine in the morning, Totally missed this post and started the same thread later in the morning.
Anyone know what they're charging teams per barrel.

I believe I heard that the nitro at Milan was $900 for 400lbs (about 40 gallons).

It's the 3rd thread started about i..in 3 different forums..hehe.

And your point is....?

It appears to me the Sputniks in Glendora better wake up before they burn up in this old worlds atmosphere.

IHRA has enough NITRO and NHRA does not.

Brings a whole new meaning to what Doc said. One letter makes a difference. Only this time it is Hero to Zero. :p

"Ma" is in the know as usual! Answers the question about what was in all of those unmarked trailers parked behind DSR last week! And yes . . . it is going to be very interesting.

I would make Compton and Light resign, and make them do away with the official "fuel supplier" before I would sell them anything!

As far as the IHRA, they take care of all their racers!:)

Wow whats that I sense.....oh good leadership. What a novel idea

Light really needs to stop talking to the media, he looks more and more like a total dumbass every time he opens his mouth. NHRA has really stepped in it this time! If I were Shoe, I'd take them to the cleaners over this one!
