Got a notification in the mail today that MSD is filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy. Now what?

Not the first time. Corporation will pick the bones an discard it. Some else will come along and buy the carcuss.

Well….. I guess that’s worse than the chapter 11 they filed like a decade ago. Hopefully a strong company picks them up and not some investment company looking to cook the books and cash out.

THe hemmings article above states Chapter 11 reorganization. There's also an update at the bottom of the article that states "Z Capital" purchased MSD at a bankruptcy auction.
