Hi Paul. Yup, it's been pretty dry up here this year. We're hoping for some good storms soon. At least they have snow making equiptment now. That will help the skier's anyway. Won't do much for the rest of us though.

Is that the one right off of I-15? If so, we drove by it after picking up our puppy in Mira Loma a few weeks ago. And it looked BIG!

Yep, going to probably stay at Harrahs more than likely. Going Jan 18th thru the 21st. Probably going to go snowmobiling one day, take a horse carraige ride, and play alot of poker(after all thats what paid for this trip anyways)! The wife and I dont ski (You dont put a 300lb Texan on ski's or roller skates). Oh, and one of my other favorite things, eat really well!

We went skiing back in '90 or so. Ack! Went down the mountain a couple of times....then spent the rest of the day in the lodge having some adult beverages while hubby #1 had his fun on the mountain.

Well the final plans are this:

We are staying at the Station House Inn which is suppose to be nice and have the best breakfast in town (so I'm told) and its nice for the price. I just couldnt see spending $200 or more a night to stay at Harrah's or $170 or so at other casino's. I'm cheap, what can I say.

Anyways we rented a car and will be there the 19th thru the 22nd. Does anyone know if there's a website or who to use to go snowmobiling? And also, places to eat.

Thanks Bob, but I plan on taking home money from the casino.* So far 2007 has been really good to me gambling wise so hopefully I can keep it up in 08.

I can vouch for that. Being left curbside, that is. Who would ever do something like that to lil' ol' Kelly? Good thing there were some Maters there to take care of things.

And Justin, forget Tahoe. C'mon up to Minnesota and experience some real cold because doesn't everyone want to freeze their arses off? We've been below freezing temperatures for going on three weeks now. Can somebody remind me why I live here again?
