Your odds of getting taken out by a highway wreck are greater than your chances of being involved in an attack by Al Quieda...

And your odds of being killed on your way to or from a race are much greater than if you participate in it. How many people are afraid of flying, but think nothing of driving down a road where they're much more likely to be killed? Not to mention much more likely to suffer in a horrific manner in the process.

Intentions happen to be what matters to me. Who doesn't think the day will come when this country goes through what Israel has, when suicide bombers walk into malls and detonate themselves, killing and injuring for life as many as they can with their nails and ball bearings? The day that happens and they kill say, 20 people, it's not going to matter if 21 people got killed accidentally on the highways the night before.

Just another case of people being brainwashed practically from conception. It's just like the socialist elitists in this country having one idea for you and me while having a completely other one about how they're going to live. How many times has religion been used throughout history to control a majority for the benefit of a minority? Why am I reminded of the fact that one thing that got you an automatic death sentence when we pulled out of Vietnam was the wearing of eyeglasses, because it made you look intelligent and the last thing the communists wanted was people thinking for themselves.

I've heard socialism called communism in drag. What's the difference between those two and Muslim extremism? The extremists may be a vast minority, but they sure have a way of controlling majorities wherever they can. Terror is how Saddam managed to control 25 million people with a minority in Iraq. It also influenced elections in Spain.

The Muslim Council of Britain reminds us all not to jump to any conclusions about the attacks in the UK...afterall, it could have been the Buddhists, Christians or Jews!

CAIRO — The Muslim umbrella group in Britain urged Saturday, June 30, all Britons, including Muslims, to fully cooperate with police in their massive manhunt for those behind a foiled double bomb attack in London.

“Those criminals must be brought to justice,” Deputy Secretary General of the Muslim Council of Britain (MCB) Daud Abdullah told IslamOnline.net over the phone from London.

Abdullah said the best advice to community is to allow the process of law to take its due course. “Let’s avoid presumptions...Let’s wait and see; there is little we can say about that,” he added.

“Such incidents create tensions and suspicions,” he said when asked whether Muslim extremists might be behind the attacks. “Let’s not create a hypothetical problem...it can be the work of Muslims, Christians, Jews or Buddhists.”

I think one thing we can all agree on is the fact that probably not enough will be done before any attack, and that governments will probably jump to doing too much in the wrong areas AFTER an attack happens.

If you tried to do what was necessary to prevent 9/11 before it happened, you would have been labeled an overzealous nut. If you don't and it happens, you'll be blamed for that, too.
