Who was notified that the NG would not be back for 2015 on Jr's car?

Not to mention Panther Racing is suing Rahal Racing, the National Guard and IndyCar for the National Guard sponsorship moving from their team to Rahal's.

Not saying that has anything to do with Force, as I have no idea who his new sponsor might be, but the lawsuit certainly makes for interesting rumor fodder.

If you remember back to when John announced the marketing company he hired to find new sponsors, he said there would not be any more sponsor announcements until after the season was over, to give full attention to his current sponsors.

If it is a done deal, it is better to announce it and get out in front of it ... rather than try to keep a lid on it and issue non-denial denials for the next 3 months til Indy. The BEST thing that could have happened was for John to keep quiet about it (I know ... nearly impossible) on TV the other day.

Yeah, I think John just got caught up in the excitement the other day and let it slip! But to be honest, I'm not sure if he'll make any announcement by Indy.
