He just cant get a break, I really feel for him and the media is going to have a field day with it.

Right on man, win lose or draw its "the John Force show" Give us all a break. I tend to want to see fresh faces in the winners circle, you know the guys who are struggling just to be out there from week to week. I for one have seen enough Angelle, GA, Force, Schu, (even though I like Tony) I sit in the stands, and the only guy out there that 1/2 the people know is Force! How one dimensional for our sport.

The only thing that may need to be considered is that if the Championship is going to be determined by a 'playoff' style format, should the teams/cars in the playoff/countdown be guaranteed a qualifying spot? I don't know that I have an opinion either way, but just a thought....

Of course the flip side is...everybody has the same rules, and if you are too slow, you go home. Nothing to difficult about that is it?

Guess what fans, if the nhra brain trust was dumb enough lacks racing knowledge enough to go to this horrible points system then next year they will have provisional qualfiying spots for the 8 countdown people.

They have already made it to where you don't have to earn the championship anymore why bother making people earn a qualifing shot.

Force dnq's and any media attention I saw on the race was about that, nobody covered the countdown. You'd think maybe someone would wake up. There's still time, maybe after this season the will see the light.

Well then maybe he should start the JFRA, so he can put a different member of his family in every car, and then every time the announcer says "Force" every body in the crowd will know who it is.

undoubtedly be someone else.
every sport/entertainment has it's "John Force"
just as golf is not about Tiger Woods, he garnishes the majority of attention
due to his great success and skill, as does John Force in the
world of drag racing.

So, Let me ask you, how do you feel when its Angelle, GA, Force, and Schu week in and week out? Don't you get tired of the same thing week after week? It's been like groundhogs day alot of weeks. I think the real kudos should go to the underdog teams who have to compete against the Force juggernaut, among others.

Good call. Dale Jr is the most popular NASCAR driver by far and he is not likely to be in the "Chase". But NASCAR will still use him in commercials, interview him at races, etc. becuse he is popular.
