I agree with a good bit of the views exspessed by Mr B. Some I sure don't. Well done opinion piece. His claim of the lower seating capacities has a bit of validity, yet some inaccuracies. Such as the all time Sunday attendance at the 65 Winters, 65,000. I was there and there were way to many folks as dad and I were packed in. Let us not forget Ontario as well and even IRP in the 60s could hold a load, the race in 67 dad and I were there, another load of folks. Sat in the right lane, near top end grandstands, what a throng. But Mr. B I so agree with the nighttime action. Those Saturday nights at Lions, OCIR, Irwindale, Fremont, and Fontana Drag City were a blast.
